Our Criteria
We are looking for items that are free of stains, holes, and extensive wear. Items must be in new or like-new condition. Flaws and callouts must be shared before review.
The items must have been in regular retail stores within the last 2 years, with a few exceptions, and should be fashion forward.
Pricing Policy
The suggested pricing is based on the style, brand, and condition of each item. If you consign with us, you will receive 80% of the quoted price. A 20% consignment fee will be deducted from the agreed quoted price.
Shipping
You are responsible for fees associated with shipping items to Qbeescloset. Ship at your own risk. If you need insurance, please add it. The tracking number must be shared with Qbeescloset as soon as it is available.
If you ship directly to a client, shipping cost will be reimbursed.
Things To Note
The consignment period lasts 60 days from the date we receive the item. Qbeescloset will pay you through Zelle or another selected payment method within 10 days from full payment.
Please note that we offer payment plans to clients and your item may be sold through this: 4 weeks up to $1,000; 6 weeks from $1,001 to $2,000; 8 weeks from $2,000 to $5,000; 10 weeks for more than $5,000.
If your item does not sell, you will need to pay a $10 shipping fee for each item returned to you. For counterfeit items, a $100 fee per item will apply and must be paid before the item is returned.

After Approval
- Ship approved items within 2 business days to Qbeescloset LLC, 470 Dacula Rd Unit 886, Dacula, GA 30019-0108.
- Place a packing slip inside the package with your Instagram handle, items, and inclusions such as box or dustbag.
- Share the tracking number and message us once tracking says delivered.
